Are you required to do e-invoicing?
The MyInvois phased launch is now:
- 1 August 2024: taxpayers annual turnover above RM 100 million (approx $21m) – about 5,000 taxpayers. 1 February 2025: end of 6-month soft landing phase for this wave;
- 1 January 2025: taxpayers with annual turnover over RM 25 million (approx $5m) with 6-months’ soft launch;
- 1 July 2025: taxpayers above RM 500,000 with 6-months’ soft launch; and
- 1 January 2026: taxpayers with annual turnover between RM 500,000 and RM 150,000 with 6-months’ soft launch.
Businesses below RM 150,000 are exempted.
MyInvois 分階段發布現已:
- 2024 年 8 月 1 日：納稅人年營業額超過 1 億令吉（約 2,100 萬美元）－約 5,000 名納稅人。 2025年2月1日：本波6個月軟著陸階段結束；
- 2025 年 1 月 1 日：年營業額超過 2,500 萬令吉（約 500 萬美元）的納稅人，並有 6 個月的試運行期；
- 2025 年 7 月 1 日：納稅人收入超過 50 萬令吉，可享 6 個月的試運行期；和
- 2026 年 1 月 1 日：年營業額在 50 萬令吉至 15 萬令吉之間的納稅人，並有 6 個月的試運行期。
低於 15 萬令吉的企業可獲豁免。
